- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
House Rules
- No Smoking: Hoteldejoko Westland is a strictly non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or indoor areas.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Noise Policy: Guests must maintain reasonable noise levels to avoid disturbing other guests.
- No Illegal Activities: Any criminal or illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund and possible reporting to the appropriate authorities.
Reservation Policy
- Guests must provide accurate booking details and valid identification at check-in.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay unless management approval is given.
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel & Apartments property.
- Guests exceeding the requirement number attract a fee
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours after booking will qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations made at least 7 days after booking may qualify for partial refund.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will not qualify for a refund.
- No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) may result in forfeiture of payment.
- Refund processing timelines depend on the payment method used.
- Any violation of hotel & Apartments policies may result in termination of the stay without refund.
